I went to a local lake found an area of water that was not pressured from other anglers with a peg nicely located in front of an island after watching for a while I noticed some fizzing and a few bubbles on the surface. So while I setup I chucked one rod out already baited up with bait of my choice Asbo bottom bait and topped with a Pineapple pop-up from MAD baits finished snow man style on a slip d size 4 AT curve from Assassin tackle. I then chucked out a spomb of hallibut pellet and boilies soaked in hemp oil and Asbo liquid feed while I setup my gear the rod ripped off with in 5 mins of putting it in resulting in this 42lb beast of a catfish smashing my previous pb by quite a few pounds.
